Some graduation reminders from Mrs. Driver to the Class of 2015 and their parents...

"On Friday, May 22nd, Seniors should be in the Granite Bowl by 7:00 p.m. In the event of rain, graduation will be held Saturday, May 23, at 10:00 a.m. If weather conditions look doubtful, turn your radio to the Elberton radio station for information concerning the ceremony. Please understand, however, that every effort will be made to hold the ceremony on Friday night in the Granite Bowl. No seating limitations will be in effect if graduation is held in the Granite Bowl.

Dress for graduation is as follows:
GIRLS- Dress/skirts (any color) and dark shoes with low heels (less than 1 ½ inches in height). No distracting jewelry or hair adornments are permitted.
BOYS- Dress shirts, dark ties, dark solid pants and dark dress shoes. No tennis shoes, running shoes, or work boots are permitted.

All seniors are reminded that they are NOT permitted to embellish or alter their graduation cap or gown in any manner. Students may not embellish their graduation cap with names, letters, numbers, rhinestones, beads or decorations of any kind. Additionally, gowns may not be decorated or altered for any student. Students who are unable to follow these rules will NOT be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony.

In closing, allow me to say how much we have enjoyed working with your child and how much I appreciate your assistance in making the final days toward graduation a smooth process. Congratulations, Seniors!"
